Refund policy
If your refund is approved by our returns department, you will receive a refund for your items as quickly as possible.
Your refund will be processed within 7 days from the day we receive the returned items in our warehouse and verify that they comply with our returns policy.
The refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used to place the order.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you received the order to make an exchange or return. The 14 days to return a product are calculated from the day you receive it.
To initiate the return process, you must write an email to support@kompressionxl.de with the information about your purchase and the reason for the return. You should also include photos that show the condition of your product.
To proceed with the return, our team will provide you with the return address. Under no circumstances should you return the order without knowing the address that we will provide you with. The sender that appears on the order receipt does not match our facility's address. In the event that you return the order without us providing you with the address, our company is not responsible.
The customer bears the shipping costs for the exchange and/or return.
It is required that returns are shipped in the same condition in which they are received. In the original packaging and stating the order number. If items are received in poor condition no refund will be made.
If quality control is passed, we will refund you the amount of the returned garment. This way, in the event of an exchange, you can order the product you want.
Returns or exchanges of bikinis or swimsuits are not possible for hygiene reasons.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on promotional items or items purchased on clearance.
Please note that KOMPRESSIONXL reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with these conditions.
