Delivery times

When does my order arrive?

The time period is divided into:

1) Processing time (1-2 business days)

We take care of your order, check it for accuracy and receipt of payment. The order will then be released for phase 2).

2) Delivery time

After the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider and you will receive an email with tracking information. After that, the delivery time is approx. 10 to 15 working days. For logistical reasons, the shipment can be sent in several partial deliveries.

Free standard shipping:

Germany: 8 - 15 working days*
Austria: 9 - 15 working days*
International: 10 - 20 working days*

Secured insured shipping (€9.99):

Ensure security with your order! Secured insured shipping protects the full retail value of your shipment if it is lost, damaged in transit or stolen.

Germany: 8 - 15 working days*
International: Currently not available

*All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. Please allow up to 6 business days for shipping during peak periods. All delivery times exclude clearance/customs delays.
